JAMAICA!

To celebrate Bryan graduating from dental school, we took a vacation to a "Sandals Resort" in Jamaica!  It couldn't have come at a better time!  It was much needed after our move back to Utah and Jasons funeral and all of the other million things going on in our lives.  What made it even better was the fact that we were able to leave our kids with Grandma and Grandpa and  our good friends Brian and Leslie were able to come with us!
We had such an amazing week, i don't even know where to start!  The resorts were beautiful!  We stayed at 1 but were able to enjoy 3 different resorts.  They were all inclusive so we were able to eat and play as much as we wanted!

Bryan tried wind surfing for the first timeHe actually did really good!

Bryan and Brian durring their Scuba Diving lesson

We spent a lot of time playing beach vollyball

The food was amazing!  You could chose from buffets at meal time or the  beach grills any time of the day.  They also had a lot of different restaurants you could make reservations at for dinner.

Having my meal cooked at Tokio Joes!  It was HOT!  I don't know how these chefs do it.

We had a lot of interesting entertainment.  This guy is the limbo king.  He limboed underneath this thing!

For this game 4 couples were chosen and  had to go change into each others clothes.  It was pretty hilarious!   It's a good thing Bryan and i didn't do it, there is no way he could fit into mine :)

Graduation!

The month of June was full of the unexpected and MANY changes for us.
After our quick move to Utah and Jasons funeral, Bryan and i headed back to Ohio to take care of some unfinished business.  Since we left in such a hurry, we were left with the task of cleaning our home and getting it ready for our renters.  While we were gone some of my wonderful friends in the ward came over and did a little cleaning for us.   I never met ladies so willing to serve as  the women in the Hilliard ward.
Our first day back in Ohio was spent with our  little Landon At the hospital.  Our little guy has had so many ear infections so we finally decided it was time to get tubes.  He was such a trooper!

Our biggest reason for coming back was Graduation!
I am so proud of my dedicated and extremely hard working husband for not only surviving dental school and getting his DDS but for also getting his MBA at the same time!  It's been a crazy 4 years full of great times and not so great times but WE MADE IT!

Bryans parents flew out to see him graduate

Our wonderful neighbors "aka adopted family" came to support Bryan

The next pics are of a few of our besties! We couldn't have made it through these past 4 yours without them

Jason David Wilding

Jason David Wilding returned to his heavenly home on Tuesday May 22nd 2012 at age 33 after his courageous battle with a brain tumor. He passed away at his home in West Jordan, Utah surrounded by his family and friends. He was born Jan. 5th 1979 in Rexburg Idaho, as the oldest of five and only son to Kenneth and Beverly Wilding. He served an LDS mission to Guam. He married Larissa Arnold on May 9th 2003 in the Salt Lake Temple. He knew she was the one when she survived his family's annual camping trip which was only their third date. Besides camping with his family he loved spending time on his grandparent's farm in Idaho. He enjoyed golfing with his dad but his favorite pastime was playing basketball. Jason was an avid BYU football fan and was thrilled to meet the team last fall. His children loved to wrestle with their daddy. His positive attitude with the challenges he faced has been an inspiration to all who knew him.
Jason is survived by his wife, children: Cloie (7), Carter (5), Hunter (2); his parents; sisters: Rebecca (Bryan), Lisa (Brandon), Rachel (Michael), Tara (Matthew); Grandmothers Janice Wilding and Phyllis Leatham Hall.
The family will always be grateful to his caregivers, family, friends and ward members who helped him during these difficult times and also all those who have been a part of his life.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday May 30, 2012 at 12:00 Noon at the Sunset Ridge Stake Center (8200 S 6700 W, West Jordan). A viewing will be held Tuesday May 29, 2012 from 5-8P.M. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South and from 10:30-11:30 prior to the service at the church. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.valleyviewfuneral.com.

Jason was such an inspiration to all of us, especially this last year of his life.  It was so hard to see him suffering and going through so much, but it was amazing to see how much  his spirit and testimony grew.  He was such a fighter and had an amazing attitude no matter what came his way.  We will miss him so much but have comfort in knowing that he is still with us and we will see him again.
Love you Jason!

Goodbye Ohio..

I can't believe our 4 years of Dental school has come and gone.  We really loved living in Ohio and will miss our friends and neighbors greatly.  Bryan got an opportunity to work as a resident doing implants at "White Cap" in Heber City Utah.  We feel so blessed to have been given this amazing opportunity and are excited to be close to family again!

The month of June was probably the most eventful and crazy time of my life.  So much happened that i will have to write 4 different posts just to document it all.  In a nutshell.... Bryan and i planned on moving after graduation on the 5th.  Our plans changed when we got the call that my brother Jason passed away.  We then had 2 choices, We could try to fly to Utah for the funeral then come back and pack up our house, or pack up everything and drive across the country within 4 days.  Well, our attempt to fly to Utah failed.  Flying standby before memorial weekend was almost impossible, so we went with plan B.  Without all of our wonderful friends helping us throw things in boxes and load up our trucks, there is no way we could've done it in that 2 days.  Bryans Dad flew out to Ohio to drive one of the trucks to Utah for us.  We definitely  couldn't have done it without him.  With already 2 days of no sleep we added 2 more to that.  We made the 1700 mile drive in about 40 hours.  Surprisingly, The kids did amazing! Even little Landon!

Before we left,  Our neighbors Kiel and Patty threw a BBQ for us and some of our other neighbors.  They have all become like family to us so it was hard to move away from them.

We had the opportunity to see Larry baptized before we moved!
Jeani and Larry have the luckiest dogs on the planet.  They get walked almost every hour rain or shine.

Linda has a personality and smile as bright as her shirt :)  She will always be Grandma Linda to the girls

Our other family away from home is our Dental family.  We have all grown so close and have been through so much together.  I don't know how i could've gotten through these last 4 years without them and now it's sad to think we are all scattered in different states across the country.

Moving Day!

Durring our "unpacking party" Ashley decided to take a little nap....

All about Landon

My Little man is now six months old!  I think about how crazy I was to worry about having a boy. All i knew were girls.  Well this little boy has got me wrapped around his finger.  He is such a sweet little guy and i don't know what i would do without him.

My handsome men!
Can you say "mini Bryan".

January was a bad month for my little guy :(.  I  laid Landon down on the floor for a minute while i went into the other room to get something.  I had just told the girls not to touch him, like i do 50 times a day.  I left his sight for 10 seconds when i heard him scream and start crying.  Right away i knew exactly what happened.  Ashley just couldn't resist trying to play with him. He had just learned how to roll around and Ashley thought she would help him out. She  didn't realize his arm was pinned back and just kept pushing him until his arm broke.  I think i cried as much as he did that day.  There is nothing worse than seeing your baby in pain. For about a month we had the challenge of trying to immobilize his arm.  At first we tried the ace bandage but then resorted to safety pinning his arm to his chest.  It drove him crazy not being able to move his arm or roll around anymore but at least he never seemed to be in any pain.  We just got another x-ray taken last Friday and it is healing great.  You can still see the break but at least he is able to use his arm now.

We just recently started giving Landon baby food.  He seemed to like it ok at first but now he won't eat any of it.  I think more ends up on his bib and face than in his mouth :) It's a little frustrating but how do you not love this face.

Landons 6 months stats:
 weight  16.8 lbs (48th percentile)
length  27.5 inch (90th percentile)

Trick Or Treat

Happy Halloween!

Not a very happy little monkey

Unfortunately i didn't get any pictures of the girls trick or treating.  Dad took them out this year while Landon and i hung out at home.  They got enough candy to last them all year.....or a couple of weeks if mommy and daddy help them eat it :)
